I've chosen the business name "Wing'n'It CDJ" since it's my approach to stone cutting, metal working and my "MO" to life in general. I find that letting the stones dictate to me what they want to be, and following that by letting the finished cabochons dictate what the settings will be produces the best final product. "Planning ahead" and trying to force a piece to be what it doesn't want to be rarely, if ever, works to my satisfaction. It's not easy being a Virgo with a Pisces moon! My partner, Jane Furth (Libellule CDJ), finds the same to be true in her beadwork and is also becoming an excellent stone cutter and silversmith.
