I recently received my MFA from East Carolina University in Metal Design. I have moved to North-eastern Pennsylvania where I am in the process of setting up a studio and gallery on my family's now-defunct dairy farm. I have picked up some adjunct teaching at Keystone College to supplement my income while I try to make a go of my business, Back Mountain Metal Arts. My work varies from jewelry, to hollowware, to sculture. I am currently working on a large commission for an Episcopal Church in North Carolina (two communion chalices and a ciborium), using sterling silver donated by the church's parishioners. My biggest challenge, right now, is trying to define exactly what my business is.
