I am the author of the book, "FACETING HISTORY: CUTTING DIAMONDS & COLORED STONES." I donated a copy of my book at last years Orchid dinner at Tucson and I will be sending another copy on Monday for the 2007 dinner donation. (GIA) and an accomplished facetor, having won many first place trophies in National and International faceting competitions. I have just completed my second book, "LUCK & TIMING," an autobiography of my life being connected to aviation in so many ways that have brought me to my view that all in Life for each of us comes about by our individual luck and timing...and has less to do with how smart we are.
