I have recently took up gemstone collecting and am basically teaching myself about the various stones, value etc. Now that interest has gone a little farther and am wanting to learn about the jewelry business as a whole and hopefully will learn enough to start designing my own pieces! So I'm hoping this forum may be another tool to learn more and will find it a pleasure to share thoughts with other like minded individuals.
