I have been working in some art medium since graduating with a degree in design from the U. of Michigan (ahem) yearS ago. Started in photography (mostly commercial in NY), then went to ceramics, then 15+ years in leather art. Began to dabble in silversmithing several years ago and found it more interesting, challenging, and fun than anything else I'd ever done. So now, I devote all of my available time to making one-of-a-kind jewelry. Can't afford to give up my "day job" yet, but I'm neading towards that end. Love to participate in workshops, and I never met a tool I didn't like!
