As of 2024 I am 80 and have been building custom saddles professionally for 65 years. Sherer Custom Saddles, Inc. was established in 1973. I have done western engraved silversmithing for my leather goods off and on since the 1970’s. I still work full time but I am only building quilted trick saddles and personal items for summer art shows.
