I am a new jewelry designer living in Bangkok. I came to Thailand from New York to get a GG but really for colored stones because it is a wonderful place to explore the endless possibilites of these natural treasures. Soon after arriving I took a design course. I truly wanted to show others how beautiful gems can be. I love rare collector stones and geologists that teach me about gems and minerals. I believe in passing on this information, sticking to ethics and disclosing any unethical treatments, dyes, doublets...instead of silencing them in a setting. While moving forward as a designer, I continue to study and learn as much as I can about all aspects of the business. For now as a newbie I must try to learn a large amount in a small window of time but I know in the future there is always something new to learn.; -
