Brand new to the jewelry industry after 25 years in newspapers as a writer and editor. Still on the up side of the learning curve regarding technical, design and business aspects of jewelry making -- all of it, in other words. I'll be perusing this forum as part of my effort to educate myself. I'm also reading back issues of the MJSA Journal and planning site visits to manufacturing shops.
