I have been involved in the jewelry industry for 20 years. Different aspects include selling jewelry retail; wholesale gem, findings and jewelry tool supplies; trade shop manager; design, repair, and manufacturing of jewelry. My best reward comes from my work on the bench and the continuing education it involves. I love the tools, the stimulation, my guild associates, the exchange of knowledge and techniques, and the feel of worth you receive when someone is truly inspired by your craft. I can never learn it all, and that's a good thing.
