I am an opal cutter and carver living and working in Lightning Ridge NSW Australia. I have been cutting for 13 yrs and carving for 6.I met Epaul Fischer at the Manning House show and he recomened me to look at this website. I am not fully up to speed with computers but am learning. I love carving opal as it preserves material and gives greater freedom to create unreal pieces.Opal is so much softer than a lot of other materials to carve and I would recomend all to give it a try.; http:// none none
