Last year the Nieman Marcus holiday catalog had a large bauble
for $1.2 million. It was a stereo cabinet topped with a
rotating gold, diamond and rock crystal stage, complete with
drum set, guitars, microphones and stage lighting. The thing
apparently shifted the lighting in response to the music being
played.
I guess that’s the type of thing Valerie Bertinelli gives Eddie
VanHalen for Christmas! I’m dying to know if N-M ever sold it
(and to whom)!
