Between July 31 and August 4 I’m attending a conference in
Louisville KY. Does anyone know of any short-term jewelry-making or
metalworking workshops being held in the area at that time ? I work
in brass, copper, and nickel-silver, and since I’ve done this for the
last 35 years, I’m not interested in basic courses, and beading and
wire-wrapping are not my thing. But I’m still interested in
learning, and even getting together over a cup of coffee to “talk
metals” is a rare pleasure. I’m familiar with fold-forming,
anticlastic raising, using a rolling mill, reticulation, and the
like. If any of this rings a bell, please be in touch with
suggestions.
