Silver Fabrication: Links and Connections

Explore traditional as well as original techniques for connecting
elements such as lattice weaving, wire wrapping, and basic chasing,
while fabricating innovative sterling silver bracelets and chains.
Chainmail Jewelry

March 2 - 4, 9:30 am - 4:30 pm
Tuition: $230 (Kit Fee: $50)
Explore a wide range of chainmail weaves with an internationally
acclaimed instructor. Set your own pace and choose from over three
dozen possible projects. Build your weave repertoire or focus on a
few advanced pieces.
Introduction to Etching Red Brass, Copper, Nickel & Sterling Silver
Instructor: Mona Clee
March 10 - 11, 9:30 am - 4:30 pm
Tuition: $170 (Materials Fee: $40)
An introduction to the basic techniques for etching designs onto red
brass, copper, nickel and sterling silver. Students will experiment
with rubber cement, permanent markers and ink, and a variety of other
resists to create textures, patterns, and images on metal.
