Greetings,As mentioned by Dee Huff director of CIJT,the Master
Valuer program is taught in residence here at the University of
South Florida in Tampa, Florida. It has been taught here since 1997.
Anna Miller the founder of the program and my mentor had a vision to
bring formal training to the industry in the area of jewelry
appraising. Class meets once a week, from 6:30 to 9:30, starting
February 15, 2005 until May 24, 2005. Please email me for the link
to register or further

About myself: I have been in the industry over 30 years, all aspects
from wholesale to retail. When I took my exam from Anna in
Washington, DC, I was inspired to teach her program in a true
academic setting and asked her if I could here at USF where I teach
gemology classes. She was elated and the rest is history. Currently
I am also a student, a second year doctoral student in
management/marketing and yes it looks like I will be doing my
dissertation about our industry.

Thank you and please email me for further class starts
soon!
