Exploring the Hydraulic Press and Microfolding $495
Learn to use the hydraulic press to create bracelets. This workshop
will help students to become skilled and comfortable with the use of
the press and Bonny Doon tools: the Anticlastic Forming set, the
Urethane And Restraining Rings System, as well as the new Synclastic
Forming tool. The Microfold Brake offers opportunities for exciting
new forms and textures for jewelry and hollowware. Possibilities
multiply when combining the hydraulic press, microfolding, and your
favorite metalsmithing techniques. This course is appropriate for
students with basic metalsmithing skills as well as professionals.
