I totally agree with David, its a wonderful metal to work with, no
oxidation, no fluxes. Polish all the components before assembly,
heat them up and they remain unchanged. Polishing is a bit more
difficult than silveror gold. Need to use the correct compo, I have
found Stainless steel polishing compo works fine.

In the building where my studio was we were not allowed to have
anything but natural gas to work with so for years I have used
natural gas and oxygen to work with platinum and casting platinum
and it works great.
