Wire with durable tensile strength?

I have a bread and butter piece, where I am soldering 30 g. platinum wire that is strung with diamond beads, then soldered on to18K gold, but I’m finding that the platinum wire is breaking over time.
I’m trying to find the most durable 29 or 30 gauge wire available to mankind that can be gold soldered on and still maintain its tensile strength???

Stainless steel wire or wire rope is likely your best bet.
McMaster-Carr carries 304 and 316 stainless wire in several grades at 0.010" diameter. They also carry 18-8 stainless wire rope at 0.012" diameter.
Some stainless steel can go in the pickle.
