Who makes hinged tins?

#1

Not jewelry but perhaps someone knows the answer to this question:

I love tins. I want to make or have made, small tins with a hinged
lid. I would love to make them myself but I suspect it would be too
labor intensive and/or startup costs would be prohibitive; enlighten
me if I am wrong! I do prefer a somewhat local/regional/US based
company, and I’d like to use recycled material.

Thanks,
Christine in Littleton MA

Go to U tube and type in Ted Maughan tin smith.

A 40 min video that should get you up and going.

With the simplest of tools and just one stake he turns old copper
water hot water tanks into useable items.

Virtually no start up costs!! Let us know what you think of his work.
