What's going on with Rio Grande?

I have tried for the last two work days to place an order with Rio
Grande. I get one of two things: a long message describing all the
new people being trained to take my order and then switched to
eternal hold (I put the phone on speaker and left it for upwards
45min.) from which there is no escape; or I get a message that all
lines are busy.

I called the local pickup line in Albuquerque and left a message for
a call back on one of the sales people’s voicemail. No callback.

Does anyone have any info or should I go shopping somewhere else?
