Can anyone tell me what techniques were used to make the Renaissance Revival 18kt Gold Gem-set Armlet, c. 1880 posted in the links below?

My guess is fabricated, add chasing, debossing and a whole lot of little pieces… I blew the photo up about 10x, you can see the overlap on the leaves in places, clearly formed sheet. the center double border with the floral train is actually a roped pattern, similar to mill grain, but rolled on to round wire. The two scrolls in the center view with pink (?) stones have a hammered finish (or chased) with a directional pattern. I have seen a few snuff boxes done like this, but not to this standard. Just my opinion. But what a truly remarkable piece, someone else must have felt the same, there is no wear visible, truly a treasure.
