What is 10,000 spine fine silver

I just saw a great tutorial calling for 10,000 spine fine silver
sheet. I haven’t been able to find anything on the web that refers
to silver sheet in this way. I’ve only found silver sheet referred to
by gauge. Is “spine” another way of talking about gauge and if so
whats the conversion? Anyone here know what they’re talking about and
how I should go about ordering it?

Hi Heather,

I saw the video and I think what she is saying is 10/1000’s (of an
inch) which would be 0.25mm or 30 gauge. I could be wrong though. I
had to listen to it a couple of times.
