I am a self-taught jewelry artist based in a small town just east of
Vancouver, BC, Canada. I’ve been creating jewelry since 1993, and
can’t see ever stopping! I work mainly in sterling silver, though
have also worked in gold over the years. The vast majority of my
designs incorporate a wide variety of natural and
man-made, adding splashes of color and texture throughout my work. I
also teach jewelry making classes through the University of the
Fraser Valley in BC, and from my home studio. I branched out a
little a few years ago and am now the owner/organizer/manager of the
Fraser Valley Bead Show, BC’s premier bead and jewelry extravaganza.
Hosting two shows a year in BC and starting a third show in Calgary,
AB next year keeps me pretty busy, but I always find time to work on
my jewelry creations.

Mary Davis
The Sagedragons
Tulsa, OK. USA

studied jewlery under Steven Sherrill at OSU Okmulgee. Family
trouble got in the way so I continued studying on my own. I love
silver, dislike gold and do the bulk of my work in polymer clay. I
am the president of Tulsa Polymer Clay Guild. I really enjoyed the
short class in waxcarving. I would love to do more.
