After 30 or so years of being a self employed goldsmith/jeweller I
am now enjoying passing on some of my knowledge and skills to the
new generation of Queensland apprentice jewellers, who come to do
their college based training at the Southbank Institute of
Technology, here in Brisbane. I still h ave a workshop at home and
find the teaching has taught me so much more- in this industry I
dont think we can ever stop learning.
