I have listened to the advice of others to “follow your dream” and
hope to take my hobby into a full time business. I create one of a
kind Bling Belt Buckles and got tired of buying stock cabachons, so
I am now learning lapidary work and creating my own!!! I am hoping
to get my torch work perfect ed and play with silver a little
more…I LOVE IT!

You have fossicked a very resourseful tool/mentor(s)/community/
archive of treasure (and skills) that is totally free and
open.

No doubt you will learn from other’s questions… and you may teach
as well, without even knowing it. You’ve already taught me that
fossick is a word! Though, knowing this forum, there may be a debate
on that word’s validity, preciousness or semi-preciousness,
commercial
and artistic use! (laughing)
