I was a computer Graphics Artist for 10 years. I have been creating
art since I was 3 years old. I am interested in many mediums and
like to experiment with them. I am unshooled in Art, but am a
natural artist. I am persisitant and detailed and do not give up
easily on my projects. For the past 10 years or so I have been
scupting fantasy figures in Fimo and Paperclay. I have just picked
up my first bronze and have 5 other pieces at the Monteray Sculpture
Center waiting for the process. Since my work is very detailed I am
waiting until I can be there to do the clean up and detail myself. I
also make one of a kind pieces of jewelry using alot of vintage
findings and my own one of a kind beads. I am interested in wax
work, carving, and metal smithing. I would really like to learn the
process of carving old bakelite. I am experimenting with wool and
have made several purses. I am a painter as well and starting on a
new one of my Grandaughter riding a Seahorse. My mind is constantly
bombarded with new ideas, they seem to be endless. I am interested
in learning the right tools and process for carving, loss wax and
metal smithing. I am also a treasure hunter of vintage and antique
found objects that I like to incorporate into my works which I have
been collecting for over 40 years. Thank you. Deena

Hi, Born in the home of a goldsmith and as grew up in an environment
where i saw so much jewellery being made.In the age of ten i started
doing for fun melting in a hand operated chrchole furnace.with all
this fun i completed my graduation in commerce, for next ten years i
was busy at my father’s shop taking orders and making gold jewellery
for cutomers. it was the result of being a curious person who wanted
to learn every thing in jewellery manufacturing, that i became a
faculty at ‘jewellery product devlopment centre’ an institute of
teaching jew.design and manufacture. ten years i tookup classes
there. now again i am at my shop as my father has retired from
work.meanwhile i did AJP from GIA. I love to make singlestone rings
without having the stone in hand.just having its measurement. I am in
the town of coloured this gives an advantage to work with
a lot of stones. i did a few experiments also with alloys. passion
for making jewellery will always be there forever. It is a golden
golden oppertunity for everyone to have Ganoksin there. thanks a lot
Ganoksin.
