Entering into the metal smithing world has brought me back to my
desire to seek an art profession. I’m starting slow, with a class or
two here, and self education through books and videos there. As a
very busy homeschooling mother, My progress in learning is slow and
steady, but I am open to every educational opportunity that I can
find.

Right now my work is primarily with Sterling Silver wire and
gemstone beads and cabochons. A portable solution to continued
learning while my family lives abroad in Australia. I’ve also
brought some limited metal smithing tools for when I’ve got a little
more time and space.

I look forward to learning from the Orchid Forms. I learned about
them through the Whaley Stuidos podcasts.
