I have primarily made bead jewelry, but I’m working on expanding my
skill set with soldering, metal clay, and other metal work. Last
year I finished the AJP course through the GIA; now I’ve set my
sights on my GG in Colored Gemstones.
I’ve been lurking here for several months now, and I really want
thank every contributor for the lively discussions. The Orchid forum
alone has hugely expanded my understanding of the practical
mechanics behind creating jewelry. I really enjoy the
behind-the-scenes nitty-gritty discussions about contemporary
methods, materials, and so forth that I find here.
