I have been instructing jewelry making and repair in the Minnesota
Technical College System for over twenty-seven years. We specialize
in the hands on making and repair of fine jewelry. Each course
consists of making or repairing various jewelry products. Tool,
supply, and material selection are integrated into each class. I
maintain an independent manufacturing studio where I fabricate and
cast various items. From class rings to antique restoration and
replication I love a technical challenge. My specialty goes back to
my apprenticeship at the Ring Specialty Company. I started there as
a stone setter and eventually became the model and mold maker.
