Mary Ann Ubaldo
URDUJA
Sunnyside, NY. USA

I am Mary Ann Ubaldo. I am a goldsmith & my jewelry art is about
raising consciousness of my indigenous roots. I tell the story of my
Filipino people through my art. I would to network with other
jewelers.

Josh Ovila Marceau
Charlo, MT. USA

My name is Josh Marceau. I am a first descendant of the Salish
Tribe. I grew up on the Flathead Indian Reservation in northwest
Montana on my parents’ 20 acre farm just south of Ronan. I have 3
younger brothers and I just got married in May 2008. I graduated
with an Associates degree in science from Salish Kootenai College
and a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from Penn State. I am
currently a graduate student at the University of Montana, studying
Biomedical Science.

My background in silversmithing started as an elective class offered
at the Salish Kootenai College in Pablo, Montana that was taught by
Frank Finley. Frank was also my chemistry instructor and he
flawlessly merged chemistry, art and Native American culture into a
high quality yet down-to-earth introduction into silversmithing.
