Hi. Glad to have found this site. I have been interested in jewelry
making for as long as I can remember but never got involved in it
until now. Perhaps some of you know how it is…when you are
struggling to make a living, raising a kid, one never seems to have
the time or money to indulge. We ll, the kid is grown and gone, for
the first time in years I have a M-F day job, the money is still
tight but I can always get some overtime to finance what I hope will
become a creative addiction. I have just discovered PMC but have not
worked with it yet, I am dabbling with stained glass but the main
thrust of my creative interest involves being able to work with
precious metals. I know some of the basics but I have a lot to

I am a silversmith, but enjoy all assets of the jewelry arts. My
current fascination is with Eastern Repousee and with extremely
detailed bead embroidery.

Hi there, Many artists reference this website in the Art Jewelry,
bead and wire mags so I thought I’d give it a try. I’m not a jeweler
or a smith of any sorts…but I really want to be! I adore beads and
make simple beaded jewelry. Recently been dabbling in wire. My
husband is in the military so I get the advantage to move around a
lot. Currently we’re on the coast of NC. Our last home was in
Southern Ga. where I went to Welding School. I love metals, beads,
wire & glass. I’ve taken PMC classes but I’m not sold on the cost of
materials & resale. I also do mosaics with stained glass. I kinda of
bounce around a lot  I have sooo many questions.
