I made my first piece of jewelry at age 16 and have been in the
field professionally since 1986. My work is rather minimal, focusing
on shape, texture and color. It is handcarved of aluminum then
anodized and dyed. I often layer color to achieve depth and shadow
and sometimes incorporate pearls.
