Although I have painted and drawn all my adult life, I am new to
jewelry making and have become a bit obsessed with this new
expression and the wonderful mediums it embraces. I started with
polymer clay and wire wrapping and am currently into learning metal
enameling and metal work. I have a studio set up, and I hope to
learn to make wise purchasing decisions for all the toys I want;

Hi, I am a retired person who makes handcrafted jewelry utilizing
mostly rocks and minerals. I also do metal work (sawing and
soldering) but do not cast items at this time. I love utilizing rock
items (cabochons)which I have cut and also like to mount minerals,
etc. as rings and pendants. I love the concept of Orchid Forum and
look forward to communicating with many of the members.
