Dear Dan, Your depth of watch knowledge is obviously very
considerable. Our shop does a big business in batteries and I am
curious to know what your take is on the new Citizen photovoltaic
powered watches ? Is this the next generation of watches or is it a
"flash in the pan" ? Another interesting question is , why is it that
some watches consistently get two or three years use out of a
battery ( Seikos especially) while most afford just a year’s use ? I
assume that it has something to do with bearings. Thanks for your
input on watch storage…it is nice to have expert insight !
