Vulcanizer needed Northern Ca

Anyone have a used vulcanizer they would like to sell, my heating
elements have failed and otto-frei say’s they no longer make the
parts. “Bummer” If you are near Sonoma County I would pick up next
week.A new ones seems pricey and shipping is crazy.

Thanks, Michael

So here’s an unusual tool, the guy’s I work with, part time, use a
Toaster Oven! They build the mold in a frame back it with steel
sheets and a clamp and throw it in the toaster oven for the aloted
time and I think they do it at 500 degrees. they have have done it
htis way for sometime and apears to work just fine!

Good luck,
Candy

Sorry, no vulcanizer. But depending on the vulcanizer, you might be
able to get parts anyway. If it’s the switch, any vulcanizer switch
should do it. If it’s the heating pads, any pads of the same size
should do it. You just scrape off the old ones and put new ones on
with silicone cement. If you do that then just put a thermometer in
it the first time to calibrate it (do that anyway). I did a rehab,
and I also put in new wiring since I was there - it’s heat resistant
wire, like toasters have, make sure of that. You might try Gesswein,
I. Shor, even Rio and others for parts. The pads tend to be 4"x6"
and such - standard sizes.

I may have the heating elements for your Vulcanizer.

Is it one with a Wheel made by REY or Swest.

I have the upper and the lower elements (rubberised).

Even if it is other an image will help.
