Canadian art jeweler looking for Vienna/Italy contacts

Hi there, I’m wondering if you can provide some assistance for me? I
am a art Jewelry designer in Manitoba, Canada, considering
accompanying a friend whom is on a business trip to Vienna 2nd week
of June this year (with a possible Italy detour). I would love to
take the opportunity to inspire my jewelry career by connecting with
some specific jewelry shows, galleries and perhaps a workshop or
seminar around that date and I’m having difficulty in making some
distinctive connections. If you have any suggestions or contacts and
possibly ideas for government funding, that would be greatly
appreciated.

It would also be wise to connect with the Alchimia school in
Florence as a resource.

I’m not too familiar with Vienna, but have you considered possibly
taking adetour to Munich? They have a very strong Art Jewelry Scene.
