I don’t think the issue is with Federal Jewelry Regulations as much
as it is with endagered species act, Migratroy bird act and
individual State wildlife regulations. The state you plan to sell
/show in is the state you need to get info on. That can be obtained
from the State Wildlife / game, or what ever that state calls their,
department. Example State of Washington, you cannot buy, sell, or
trade in Bear parts. Across the State line in Idaho you can. In some
states if you can prove that the animal was harvested in accordance
with State regulations you may own / posses but not sell or trade in
said parts. Your State Wildlife Department should also be ab= le to
give you copies of the different Federal regulations governing
endangered species, migratory bird, raptor, and other forbidden
animal, and vegtable species. In this case been there done that,
bought the shirt and it didn’t fit.
