I need to buy a new ultrasonic. Any recent experience with smaller, but powerful, models would be appreciated. I have been looking at L&R, Best Built and Gemoro. Please Include comments on both the equipment and solutions. Thanks…Rob

I use a CREST , Model 275 HTA, (with heater) for the last 15 years with no problems and still running strong. I use only Water with some Dawn Ultra. It cuts thru the rouge etc. quick and cleans dirty settings well. Before the Crest , I had a L&R that was always having issues.

If you live in the U.S. I suggest checking out the heated ultrasonic cleaners at ultrasonicsdirect.com which is located in Pontiac, MI. I got a heated ultrasonic with a 2 year warranty for $263, but they also have a heated model for $198 also with a 2 year warranty. My ultrasonic works great. I also got a great steam cleaner from the same company. Great folks to work with. Good luck, Rob
