I’ll be buying for the first time in Tucson this year, and was hoping
I could tap the collective wisdom here to streamline my inevitable
overwhelm.
I’m specifically after higher end gemstone beads.
I’m an enormous fan of faceted rondels and faceted nuggets.
The main mainly looking for beads cut from the following:
Ruby, Spinel, Fire Opal, Sapphire, Emerald, Citrine, Ametrine,
Tourmalines, Hessonite, Garnet, Peridot, Lapis, Iolite,
Chalcedony…
I’m hoping for specific vendor recommendations that are known for
honesty and consistent quality.
Of course, I’d love great prices, but I’ll gladly pay more for
outstanding quality and peace of mind. When I buy a stone it really
is what I’ve been told.
Being a complete Tucson rookie, I’m hoping that with some good advice
I can avoid having my naivete taken advantage of.
