Trouble with the Castaldo Gold Label Rubber

I=92m having trouble with the Castaldo Gold Label Rubber.

After the mold is a couple of months old little measle like bumps
are growing in the mold pattern and they ruin the waxes. This is
aggravating

Does anybody else have this problem?

Thanks for your help.

Try contacting Castaldo directly about your problems with the molds.
I think you will find that they are very interested in helping you. I
have used Castaldo Gold for years, and never seen the problem you are
having. But perhaps they have! Give them a chance to help you learn
to love their product. See how that works? It is in their interest to
help you! Good luck with your work.

Alan, I have had the same problem a number of times with Castaldo
and had to throw the molds away. Somebody told me there is a mold
rubber made by another company that does not do that. Does anybody
know who the other company is?

Thanks, Lori

Try this:

Good rubber supply for molds I have been referred to this rubber
supply source since all the bad results I’ve had with the Castaldo
Gold Label.

Zero-D Products, Inc.

I have been using this for some time now, and find it a far smother
quality that I 've never seen before.

We sell strips and cut pieces, the owner is a nice guy. But it’s
like a salmon swimming up stream to get the word Castaldo out of
peoples minds. He claims “as good as if not better than Castaldo”,
and he’s still at it! It’s like the work Kleenex, you don’t care
about the brand as long as it is a good product, and you don’t mess
up your fingers

Dear Lori,

Indeed, Bill Mull’s Zero D Products produces a state-of-the art
rubber. They prepare it with full knowledge of technical issues and
take a very jealous approach on quality, their name is Zero Defects
Products.

They have sold more than 1,000,000 pounds of rubber without a flaw or
an inconsistency in quality. They are poised.

Try them and you will be very happy. They also have other products in
the range.
