We recently purchased the Orion Pulse 150i at the Stuller Workshop
after challenging Dr. Aaron Astle with a list of 33 chores to perform
with the Orion. We thought enough of the machine to order one. "Doc"
even welded 2 soda can tabs together- probably 26 ga aluminum. I
liked the idea of a touchscreen for fast changes in settings, and
also the ability to store custom settings in the unit that the user
can devise. The typical laser chores were a piece of cake. One task
was to weld together 2 pieces of metal at a 90 degree angle. Sweet!
Even though this unit is $3000 more than the Master Jeweler Plus- it
is well worth the additional cost. Wait until you see what we can
create…
