My name is Chris Yu-De Wu. The purpose of writing to you is to introduce
myself to your company. Currently I am seeking for a (position) or career
in the field of jewelry design. Enclosed please find my resume which
details my educational and professional experiences.
I received my B.A. in Applied Arts from Fu-Jen University in Taiwan. The
Applied Arts department at Fu-Jen University emphasizes the practical
aspects of metalsmithing, jewelry and product design. To demonstrate the
ability, my senior projects was exhibited at the Shih-Kong Mitsubishu
department store in Taipei.
I am currently attending the Gemological Institute of America and is
expecting to receive my advance degree in jewelry design and manufacturing
in October. As for my working experience, I held part-time jobs during
college, as well as working in a printing office and an interior design
company as an assistant designer. These working experiences have helped me
to develop a strong belief in team work and the importance of forming
strong relationships among colleagues and supervisors. I am confident that
my ability and talents will be a valuable asset to your company.
