Tools and Skills for Business Success

ATLANTA, GEORGIA: November 9th, the Society of North American
Goldsmiths (SNAG) will be presenting a business symposium for all
artists. This symposium will enlighten artists by providing
and skills to help better run their businesses. This
event is in collaboration with the Atlanta Contemporary Jewelry Show
and Georgia Goldsmiths group and will take place at the High Museum’s
Walter C. Hill Auditorium in Atlanta, Georgia on November 9, 2014.

This year’s presenters include Pearson Beardsley from Volunteer
Lawyers for the Arts, Jessyca Holland and Deborah Sosower from C4
Atlanta, Chris Hentz on digital fabrication, Kirk Farber from
Working Warrior, Judi Knight on social media and content marketing,
and Danielle Miller-Gilliam on how to sell on ETSY. There will also
be a gallery owner panel discussion featuring Carr McQuiston from
Signature Gallery, Judie Raiford, from Raiford Gallery and Marthe Le
Van. from Mora Contemporary Jewelry.

The symposium will take place Sunday, November 9th from 8:30 a. m.
to 5:30 p. m. with an after party reception to follow at Signature
Gallery from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.

Registration is open now through October 31st, as well as onsite the
day of the event. The cost is $125.00 for SNAG members and $140.00
for non-members. Students are $80 for SNAG Members and $100 for

jewelry and metalsmithing by inspiring creativity, encouraging
