My younger brother needs steel gears, about 1.5 inches diameter, for
a project he’s building. I suggested Small Parts and McMaster
(can’t remember what they sell exactly, just that they come highly
recommended.)
I told him that Orchid would let us know where to buy these things.
His original idea was to take apart car parts to find the gears –
but that seems unnecessary to me.
