Speaking of druzies... (druzy prehnite)

Which brings us to prehnite (prehinite?). I think I’ve seen this
before, but I can’t conjure up an image in my mind. Can you (or
Anne?) elaborate on that for a bit?

The only picture of druzy prehnite I know of is on page 160 of
Dr. Frederick Pough’s “A Field Guide to Rocks and Minerals.” But
it’s really more of an olivine green than mint green. So far you
have me stumped.

I’ll solve this…next time you go to a gem and mineral show,
take it with you and ask some of these old time hobbiest (?) guys
what it is…they know. ( see you at Franklin?)
