Anyone know of a supplier of 14kt rose gold half round 2 to 2.5 mm
wide wedding band. Stuller can have it in mid Feb.

Have you tried Guertin Bros, they are in Texas. I don’t know what
their minimums are if any. They are a huge mfg. of wedding bands, all
shapes and sizes.

My suggestion, order some 2 or 2.5mm half round wire and fabricate
it. Call me crazy, but isnt that what jewelers do, make things?

That’s what I would have thought as well. Although if someone wants
a ring I make the entire thing from scratch. I can melt the gold,
roll it into square bar, roll it out to the desired width and
thickness, bend and solder to the correct finger size, then file the
ring half-round and finally polish it in around half an hour.

Far quicker than ordering it from a supplier.

Unless it’s a requirement that the ring be machine made and
extremely precise, although a handmade ring can be pretty close if
the jeweller is no being slap-dash.

Yes, that is what I normally do, however sometimes “we” might have a
situation, like minor surgery, that incapacitates us for a while, and
"we" might need another way to take care of our customer. When the
doctor says you will have slight discomfort, I have learned that it
means that it is going to hurt like hell. The meds were great, but I
would rather be fully functional. Meds made me shake. Harder to
solder. I am better now, so I will make it myself. Thanks again to
Daniel, who offered to make it for me wholesale.

In response to Richard Hart’s request for Rose Gold wedding Bands:

We do stock half round polished Rose gold wedding bands in 4mm, 5mm
& 6mm widths in whole sizes from 5 thru 8. I can probably produce one
in 2-2.5mm in approx 2-2 1/2 weeks.
