Can anyone direct me to a source, in the US I hope, for Krzemien,
Polish striped flint?

I have bought some beautiful pieces (slabs) on eBay. Very slow
cutting, though-- this material is hard!

Cabs, slabs, or rough? I have Polish flint. It’s one of my favorite
stones to work with. Harder than heck to grind but takes a brilliant
polish and the patterns are wild.

Contact me off list if you are interested.

Regarding Polish Flint: We have quite a bit of cut stones in stock
and rough which is going out for cutting. Not all pieces are striped
as you know. What shape and size are you looking for?

I recently meet Dale and Debbie Penrod. the have wonderful flint I
even bought some pairs to use since I am not cutting any longer. You
can contact them through their web site

This is another site for the polish banded flint I meet Hector the
owner and also got some book matched pairs from him and he is a
delight to work with

You didn’t say if you wanted cabs or if you wanted to cut the stone
yourself. I found cabs at several online stores in the US.

I purchased Polish striped flint cabs from two online sources. While
there was no difference in price, there was a remarkable difference
in cab quality between these two sources. The most beautiful, better
cut and finished cab came from “Heart of Stone” studio.
