Does anyone out there know of a source for a custom-made stamp in

Batya, I expect Micro Stramp can do it; you could email them a file
containing the letters or characters you want them to reproduce, in
the script you like, and I can’t see why they wouldn’t be able to
reproduce it.
I just asked them for an estimate to reproduce my logo, a stylized
CQ, at a height of 2mm, and the estimate was reasonable, $80.
Who knows, perhaps they have the tooling or whatever to write in
Hebrew?
