[Source] Bone and horn resins

I’m looking for an online supplier in the U.S. for horn and bone
resins…I know they exist, I’ve had a heck of a time finding anyone
in the U.S.

I’m using them to make body jewelry (plugs, specifically) so any
input on that would be helpful as well.

I just read an article on this. I think it was in the current issue
of Lapidary Journal Jewelry Artist, but I won’t swear to that. There
was a web site listed in the article. fauxbone.com

I found a couple of resins several years ago at my dentist. You have
to have one that will bond with the bone/horn and if you know a
dentist in your area they can lead you to their supplier. It worked
great even under heated wear. Hope this helps.
