[Source] 60's-70's style carved coral flowers

I am looking for a flower that is carved in coral or something
similar to it. These style flowers were very popular in the 60’s and
70’s. I have a customer that lost the flower out of her ring. The
size that I need is roughly 7mm in diameter, and she desires a red
or pink flower. If any help can be given I would greatly appreciate
it.

Richard, there is gem dealer out of Shingletown that I got a coral
flower from last gem show at the fair grounds. I think that it is
coming up this next month. Or I could look for his business card if
