Has anyone found a reliable source for 18kt findings? Here in
the good ol’ USofA I’ve been unable to find anything but the most
basic of 18kt findings. Spring rings, brooch pins and cathes and
a limited variety of settings. Otto Frei & Jules Borel carry the
largest selection but nothing compared to what was readily
available from the standard European jewellery tool suppliers.
Any recomendations? Thanks. By the way, anyone who’s in the
vicinity of the Bay Area should take the opportunity to see the
Hokusai and Hiroshige exhibits at the Asian Art Museam. Powerful
